It appeared that most people were long-term residents and had jobs. The park was clean and nice. The recreation room, pool, tennis and basketball courts are among the many amenities offered at the park. The laundry facilities are very nice and the Wi-Fi worked well. Access to the park is easier via the entrance on White Sands Blvd. The RV sites are spacious and quiet. The electrical connection area may be a bit of a mess, but the power was clean and functioning properly.

White Sands offers a variety of rental options including manufactured homes, RV lots, and singlewide lots. The campground features amenities such as a basketball court, cable TV, clubhouse, full hook up sites, laundry on-site, off-street parking, on-site management, picnic area, playground, pool table, restrooms on-site, RV free Wi-Fi, showers on-site, shuffleboard, swimming pool, visitor parking, and Wi-Fi (for an additional charge). The manufactured homes range from 430-1,044 sq. ft. and rent from $298-$598. The singlewide rental 2 beds/1 bath units are 840 sq. ft. and rent for $650. The singlewide rental 3 beds/2 baths units range from 1,120-1,280 sq. ft. and rent for $1,000. RV lots are available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals starting at $39/day. Good Sam and Senior Discount rates are honored.
