This RV park is located in a less than desirable part of Albuquerque. It is situated at the top of a large parking lot and is difficult to access with a motor home towing a car. The lots are gravel and require boards to level the trailer, with a small concrete pad for a couple of chairs and a table. The restrooms, showers, and laundry are located at the office building, which is about 1-2 blocks away, and weaving through a manufactured mobile home park. The indoor pool is open in June, but is warm and has had two cockroaches floating on the top. The outdoor pool is not open until July due to inspection problems. The turn into the driveway is tight, with iron gates and brick walls, and the road is split, so if you are on the wrong side, you end up in a residential neighborhood with very small streets. The only positive thing about this RV park are the two maintenance guys, Macho and Bob. TL Directory gave this RV park a 6.5 for an attractiveness rating.

The park also features a seasonal swimming pool, restrooms/showers/laundry, and an exercise room. Balloon View Homes & RV Park is closest to the Balloon Festival grounds, Tramway, and downtown ABQ. Every October, visitors can see hundreds of the world’s most spectacular hot air balloons across the horizon during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are available. Visit their other location at Rio Rancho, NM, close to Santa Ana Casino Stagecoach Stop RV Park.
