The facilities are super clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. On the downside, the noise from the nearby I-40 can be loud and there are a lot of long-term residents with unsupervised dogs that bark endlessly. Although there were issues with the water connections and Wi-Fi, the electric and sewer were both fine. Despite some of the negatives, its still a great value for your money and a good location for visiting nearby attractions.
