The sites have full hookups (30 amps) and are level dirt sites with no trees, overlooking an auto repair yard. There is a tent site adjacent to the front pull-throughs, in a small grassy area with lots of shade. Police show up regularly and unattended children play in the roads all day and night. The sewer connection backs up after one hour of use and the dog walk area needs improvement. The rate includes 10% Good Sam discount and 13.88% tax. This park is not recommended for a long stay, as it is not well maintained and has many issues.
