The staff is friendly and very helpful and can escort you to your site upon arriving. Though the pads are dirt, they are level. Most of the guests are monthly, since there are only three open sites that were taken. The park offers large horse accommodations with stables and an exercise area. The dog park is mid-sized and fits the bill for pet-owners. The horse motel is a nice touch for equestrians traveling with their animals. The park is close to the freeway, so there may be some road noise. However, in most parts of the park it is very quiet. Overall, this park works well as a stopover, and the staff is accommodating to late arrivals. If you are traveling with a large RV, this park is a great option since it accommodates RVs up to 45 ft. The bathrooms and laundry are cleaned several times a day. In summary, Kiva RV Park & Horse Motel is a nice and accessible park with a friendly staff and clean facilities.
