Cabello State Park campground in Riverside view is the perfect spot for an overnight stay or a longer vacation. Located just a short hop from I-25, the campground offers full RV hookups, boondocking areas, and plenty of room to walk dogs. The campground is level and offers plenty of room to get settled in, with a picnic table and shelter at each site. There are two dumpsters and two recycle bins, plus a dump station. The camp host patrols the grounds daily, and the bathrooms are spotless. Youll enjoy the sounds of night creatures, and the view of Caballo Lake from the Palomino Loop. There are many activities and sight seeing opportunities to visit in the nearby towns of T & C, Hillsboro, and Hatch. Verizon cell service and OTA television are available, and the campground is $22.00 for full hookups.

Caballo Lake State Park is a beautiful park located in Caballo, New Mexico. The park is framed against the Caballo Mountains and offers an array of water recreation activities such as boating, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, swimming, and fishing. The park has 170 campsites, with plenty of sites with utility hookups for RVs. There’s just as much to do off the water while hiking, horseback riding, birding, and picnicking.
