The campground was very clean and quiet. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They provided a lot of information about the area and things to do. The campground was well maintained and had a nice atmosphere. The sites were spacious and graveled, with plenty of shade. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were also clean and reasonably priced. AT&T and Verizon both had good coverage and there was a decent selection of OTA TV channels. We would definitely stay here again. This family-owned and operated RV park is a peaceful and uncrowded spot located off the beaten path. The sites are spacious and graveled, with plenty of shade, and many offer picnic tables and grills. The owners are friendly and accommodating, providing lots of information about the area and things to do. Each site has full hook-ups with good water, electric, and sewer. AT&T and Verizon both have good coverage and there is a decent selection of OTA TV channels. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are all clean and well maintained. The campground is close to the main intersection in Chama and is within walking distance of the grocery store. The free WiFi signal from the Chama Visitors Center is accessible from a number of campsites, and the scenic railroad runs from Chama into Colorado and back. This is a great spot for short overnight stays or longer stays, and is a great value for the full hook-up service.
