Agua Vista RV Park is a friendly and neighborly campground located in the T or C/Elephant Butte area. The owners are very kind and generous and have been working hard to improve the park, planting new trees, repairing the pool area and road, and updating the wifi to provide a strong signal for everyone in the park. Despite the improvements, the pool and hot tub were closed during our visit and the wifi was worse than average. The early morning hours can be quite noisy, with loud racket and barking dogs on the premises. There is also a pit bull running loose without a leash or human in sight and many of the sites look like they havent been picked up in a long time. However, the parks best feature is the family that owns and operates it, and the lack of glaring parking lot lights allows you to enjoy the stars and skies at night and beautiful sunrises each morning. There are also plenty of animals to observe, including quail, roadrunners, sand cranes, and coyotes. We highly recommend visiting Agua Vista RV Park when in the area.
