Management was friendly and helpful. This campground is a great option for those looking for a basic, no-frills camping experience. It is located on the southeast side of the Sunray Casino/San Juan Fairgrounds, approximately 6 miles east of Farmington. The sites are dirt/sand, sticker weeds, and a bit of gravel. The roads are dirt/sand and there are a few small trees for shade. There are no restroom, shower, or laundry facilities, but there is a porta-john down the lane. All sites have water, electric and sewer hookups. Cash or personal check--no credit cards. The management is friendly and helpful and the voltage and water pressure are good.
