Sundowner RV Park is a quiet and beautiful place to stay in Farmington, close to many services and stores and central to several National Parks and Monuments. The roads are excellent concrete and easy to navigate, and the sites are relatively close but totally level concrete with nice tree shade. Electric and water are included up to $88.00 each, and the sewer is nice threaded pipe. The park has a super clean laundry, a small gym with equipment, and a Southwestern-themed clubhouse with a laundromat, gym, game room, and common area thats scheduled to open sometime this year. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the WiFi is secure and good signal. Unfortunately, there are no cable, no showers, and no bathrooms between 5 at night and 9 in the morning. Its a great place to stay for a couple of nights if you are doing activities in the area.
