This campground is a great option for couples and families looking for a place to stay for the night. It is a small, basic park with mostly full-time or one-night visitors, located close to the highway, so there is some traffic noise until around 10pm. The sites are narrow but can accommodate larger rigs, and come with full hookups, including electricity and water. The park is older, but the owner has done some work to improve it, and the restroom and shower facilities are very clean. The manager is friendly and accommodating, and the price is very reasonable at $35. There are some drawbacks, however; the park is a bit junky looking and unkempt, and the sites are unlevel and unimproved. There is also a lot of dog poop and broken branches scattered around. Additionally, the road between the sites is too narrow for pulling out, and the highway noise can be loud.
