Elephant Rock Campground is a roadside campground located in Carson National Forest. It offers excellent fishing access to well-stocked Red River, nearby Eagle Rock Lake, and hiking into surrounding high country. The campground has 22 single campsites for tents or trailers, with potable water, vault toilets, and picnic tables. It is open from May through September and is heavily used. Groceries, gasoline, laundry, showers, and a cafe are available within 3 miles. Trailer waste disposal is within 1 mile.
