The park is well-maintained with hard-packed gravel roads, and the sites are clean and level with good water pressure and electricity connections that are located towards the rear of each site. Sewer connections are located adjacent to the electric and water hookups. Guests have access to a great bathhouse with clean spaces, laundry facilities, and 7 OTA channels available on television. The park offers free Wi-Fi, which can be spotty at times, however, guests have been able to stream movies via Netflix and Prime. The owner is friendly, accommodating, and takes great care of the park.
