This RV park is located in a convenient location near hot springs, a museum, Elephant Butte Dam, golf courses, and Walmart. The sites are terribly unlevel and the bathrooms are filthy. There is no on-site laundry and the park does not feel safe due to lots of traffic noise and the same cars driving by frequently. The parking space is very tight and close with neighbor sites. The people staying in the park are very nice and helpful. There is no place to walk, but there is a nice walk path with a dry creek bed. The WiFi is great and there are big cottonwood trees providing shade almost everywhere. It is ok for an overnight stop, but not a place to choose for a longer stay.

The park is also 30 miles from Hatch, the Chile Capital. Amenities include large RV sites, laundry facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The park offers discounts for Good Sam members.
