Mountain Road RV Park in Tucumcari, NM, is a great place to stay for a night or two. Its easy to maneuver and park, and the park is clean and quite. Though its close to the highway, there are large buildings between the campground and the highway, making it surprisingly quiet. The pull-through sites are a good size and let you stay connected to your trailer. Though some long-term campers sites had clutter, the bathrooms were very clean, and the grounds seemed to be well kept up. The staff is friendly and easy-going. While some reviews note that the park is a little rundown, everything works. Though sites are close together, the park is easy on and off the highway. There is not much else to say; its a great place to pull in for the night, and pet areas are clearly marked and clean.
