Cool Lea Camp in Alpine, NY is an older RV park with generous spacing between sites. The campground offers some shaded areas and some wide open spaces. There are a number of seasonal sites. The park rents out cabins with air conditioning which is a plus. However, guests have reported some issues with the lake. The water is brown and the area where boats are launched is very muddy. There are no efforts made to remove lily pads and weeds from the lake. The swimming area is very small. Shower usage requires coins and guests have reported issues with the machine accepting coins. The owners offer a variety of activities for families and there is a live band on Saturday night.

Cool Lea Camp LLC is a family campground located on the shores of Cayuta Lake in Odessa, New York. The campground is open from May 15 to October 15 and offers a back-to-nature family vacation experience. The lake was named after the Seneca princess Kayutah, and legend has it that the lake was formed by her mother's tears. The campground offers cabins and cottages, as well as amenities such as a facility, and area attractions. Activities include events and area attractions.
