However the water was had a yellow tint (1 point deduction). Jellybeans Campground is a beautiful riverside campground located in the quaint village of Brasher Falls. It offers mostly RV sites with full hook-ups and a few cabins, as well as nice facilities. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the rates are low. Summers are beautiful, but winters can be terrible. There is a large number of snowbirds that roost here in the summer, but they are friendly and inviting. The campground is located close to the Eisenhower Lock on the Saint Lawrence River, which is very impressive and can be seen with prior coordination. The water has a yellow tint, but otherwise the campground is clean and worth a shot if you are in the area.

From The Campground

Seaway Valley Camping | St. Regis River Campground is a riverside campground in northern New York state. It offers 65 shady campsites, each with a picnic table, along the scenic, pristine waters of the St. Regis River. The sites accommodate RVs up to 40 feet long and each has a breathtaking river view. The campground also offers cabin camping with three Hideaway single room log cabins. Each cabin includes a double bed, a set of bunk beds and a porch. One cabin sleeps two, the others sleep four, and they all have air conditioning. The campground has a River View Restaurant, a Club House, a covered children's playground, and a 20' by 40' tent for rainy day events. It is close to area colleges SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton, Clarkson University and St. Lawrence University.
