This RV campground is conveniently located across the street from a city park and Seneca Lake and is close to the town of Watkins Glen and the State Park Gorge. It is big rig friendly with gravel pads, fire rings, picnic tables, WiFi, and a playground. The area is full of attractions and there is a Walmart with a grocery section nearby. However, the campground is mostly taken up by seasonal guests and the roads and sites are in bad need of additional gravel. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the communal campfire near one of the bathhouses can be noisy until 1AM on the weekends. Despite this, the location is great and visitors can enjoy the Finger Lakes region and the Wine Festival.
