This campground is the perfect getaway for those looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. The campground is well maintained and offers spacious sites with 50 Amp service and good voltage levels. The sites are located in the woods, providing plenty of shade, and the view from the top of the hill is spectacular. The bathroom stalls are small and a bit cramped, but the shower is large. There is a boil water warning from the county health department, but it is only posted in the bath house. There are small winged insects that appear on the screen door as soon as you arrive, but they do not detract from the overall experience. The only downside is the steep road leading to the campground, which can be difficult to navigate.
