This rustic campground is conveniently located near the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. The campground is great for families, offering lots of activities for the kids and helpful tips about seeing the Hall Of Fame. Unfortunately, there are limited transportation options in the off season and the recommended taxi company doesnt run on Sundays. The sites are close together when the campground is full, and the lake is beautiful but the geese can be loud at night. The pool is located across the street, but the gate is locked with a padlock and the hours are not reliable. Cable is extra, and there is a low WiFi signal. If dry camping or tenting, sites 23-26 are in a low area and run the risk of flooding if it rains hard.
