This campground is located in northern New York and is a great base camp for exploring the Finger Lakes wineries. It offers basic amenities such as water and electric, with a dump station but no sewer hookups. The public toilets and showers are clean and well maintained. There is a quarter mile drive down a narrow gravel road with several blind corners, so it is recommended to disconnect your Toad at the scenic overlook on Highway 14 near Randall Crossing Road. The campsite is mostly seasonal campers who may be rude towards newcomers, but the area is well worth the visit. The owner was not very welcoming, but the tight knit clique of campers were loud and boisterous late into the evening.
