Thornbush Acres RV Park in Indian Lake, NY is a nice, quiet and well-maintained campground. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The park is clean and has a lot of sites available. All sites are full hookup, and they have pull-through sites that can accommodate big rigs. The bathhouse was closed but this was not an issue as we were in a fully self-contained unit. The park is conveniently located near small local stores for food, fuel, and other essentials. The town of Indian Lake is close by and has a laundromat, convenience stores, a couple of restaurants, and an old-timey hardware store. The next larger town, North Creek, is about a 30-minute drive away and has a grocery store, drugstore, and several restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Thornbush Acres RV Park is a private campground located in the heart of the Adirondacks. It offers 46 large pull-through sites with full hook-ups, 30 and 50 amp service, and a wooded setting. The campground also features free WiFi, a bathhouse, dump station, and a camp store that sells RV supplies, propane, live bait, fishing tackle, and local crafts. The Adirondack Mountains offer a variety of activities for visitors, and Thornbush Acres RV Park is a great center point to a wide area of attractions in the Adirondacks. The hosts, George and Jeannie P. Puterko, welcome guests from mid-May through mid-October.
