The sites are level and very well maintained, and the rest rooms and showers are clean and neat. The owners are friendly and helpful with any needs that arise, and they operate a popular ice cream stand on site that also offers a limited food menu. The Verizon cell signal is weak and their broadband coverage is nonexistent, and satellite reception might be a problem due to tree coverage in the campground. Although you can hear road noise, the campground itself is quiet. Its a great place to stay, even for one night, and its fun to have ice cream within walking distance on a summer night.
