This campground is a great destination for outdoor enthusiasts looking for a unique experience. The road is a bit tight but can accommodate a 33 rig, and the sites are decent size with soft packed dirt. The campground boasts a charming inn and restaurant/bar, serving delicious food such as prime rib and fried haddock. There are also miles of hiking trails in the State Forest next to the campground, and a deer was spotted in the morning along the edge of the campgrounds. The campground also includes a nice pavilion and a huge campfire area. The cable TV is good, but the wires are scattered all over and laying on top of the ground. The inn and camp office are closed several days per week in the Fall, but this is still an ideal spot for a memorable outdoor getaway.

From The Campground

Charlie’s Inn Junction Campground is a Quiet Secluded Campground surrounded by beauty. Our Campground offers full services to 24 sites from May to Mid-October. Features include Hook-ups for 50/30/15 amp Electric, Water and Sewer Connections, Dump Station, Laundromat, Cable TV, and Wireless Internet Service. All guests enjoy access to a Full Service On-site Restaurant/Cocktail Lounge. Outdoor Pavilions, Picnic Tables, Horseshoe Pits and Evening Campfire in Benched Area. Tent Sites available. Ask about our Boat/Trailer Storage. Location, location! We are near so many wonderful recreational activities, attractions and events!! Just a short walk to Lake Clear for the fantastic sandy beach, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Hike St Regis Mountain or take in a bike ride. Our fall foliage is a breathtaking show in the Adirondacks! And great shopping in Saranac Lake and Lake Placid!
