We plan on coming back again.. Small campground, but very nice place!!! This campground is a hidden gem, tucked away in the middle of farmland nature and surrounded by thick walls of pine trees. It is well organized, with well-appointed RV’s and semi-permanent decking, gazebos, swingsets and patio sets. It is a great place to escape the noise, pollution and traffic of the city, and offers fantastic bathroom and shower facilities, open spaces, pet friendly areas, playgrounds and swingsets. The seasonal campsites are cluttered with lawn ornaments, and the swimming hole is mucky and infested with bacteria. The owner is known to be unaccommodating and the signs on the grounds read we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. It is best for those looking for a longer stay, but those looking for a weekend stay should be aware that they may be refused service.

Pine View Campground is a family-owned campground located on 36 beautiful wooded acres in southwest Amboy, Illinois. The campground offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for campers to enjoy. Reservations for the 2022 season open on March 1st. Pine View Campground is a great place to stay while exploring the area.
