GenieSummary
Frost Ridge, formerly known as Jam At the Ridge located in Le Roy, NY, was once an old ski resort but has now been transformed into a campground. The park is built on a ski slope and most of the seasonal campers keep their sites well-maintained. The campground has about 40 sites and during the summer months, they have entertainment and plenty of space to accommodate a large crowd. The staff was friendly and helpful while checking us in and escorted us to our site. However, there were some issues with communication during our stay. One day, a trench was dug around our camper to upgrade the water line. While they warned us about the water being turned off temporarily, we had no water to wash dishes or shower. Although we mentioned the issue to the staff, we never heard back from the owners about it. The campground seemed to be pretty pricey and we were expecting better customer service. While its probably a great place during the summer, we wont be going back.
