This campground is a great place for a family getaway. It features a small private lake with non-motor boat rentals, a small pub with local brews on tap, and a large activity hall. There are two small pools, a pond, basketball courts, playground and jump pad to keep everyone entertained. There are plenty of open and wooded spaces available for transients, and a picnic bench, a fire pit, and a grill for outdoor cooking. The campground is well-run with friendly staff and reasonably level gravel sites. However, due to the record rainfall in the area, the roads are quite swampy and there are a lot of kids buzzing around on golf carts. The owner has built a beautiful new pool, but it is a little small for the size of the park, and there is no sink in the bathroom.

The 13-acre lake is great for non-motorized activities such as swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. You'll enjoy the creek, playgrounds, two heated pools, Jumping Pillow, mining sluice, mini-disc-golf course, game room and on-site winery. Leave boredom behind with fun themed weekends when this KOA offers activities for all ages, such as fire truck rides, firefighter appreciation, chocolate weekend, great outdoors weekend and a Halloween party. Enjoy pedal-bike rentals, golf cart rentals, the basketball court and horseshoes. Lake Ontario is 5 minutes away, and Niagara Falls is 45 minutes by car.
