RV campers had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful campground near Plattsburgh. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities for both children and adults. Some sites were tight and the interior roads had large potholes, but the large pond and reasonable prices made up for it. The WiFi was unreliable and the store was overpriced, but otherwise the campground was decent. It is close to Ausable Chasm and Lake Champlain, with gravel sites that were level and some with plenty of shade. All in all, it was a nice and quiet private campground with helpful staff.

Iroquois Campground & RV Park is a family-owned and operated campground located in Upstate New York, nestled between the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain. The campground offers 190 sites for overnight, weekend, and seasonal camping. It is centrally located for day trips to attractions like Lake Champlain, Lake Placid, Ausable Chasm, The Wild Center, and Santa’s Workshop. The campground features a large swimming pool, horseshoe pits, a rec center with games and activities, and live entertainment and special events throughout the camping season.
