GenieSummary

This campground is located on some beautiful land and offers full hookup sites in an open field near the on-site bar. The roads are dirt and only one lane, making it difficult to back into the assigned sites. The large circle offers plenty of space for kids and dogs to play, but there is no shade and the area can be loud at night. The pool and bath house are not open, and the pool cover is layered in algae. The lake is also layered in algae and needs an aerator, and the water has a high hardness level, a lot of suspended solids, and a funky smell. The owner is friendly and came to the site to suggest moving to higher ground due to Hurricane Fred. Unfortunately, there are sewage smells from the leech fields, an insane amount of mosquitos, and rude staff. Rinsing and washing are not allowed, and the power is unreliable.
