What others are saying about this campground
Kring Point Campground is a great place to spend a week in the summer. It is located on the St Lawrence River, offering views of the busy sea way. The public beach is very nice with a mix of smooth bedrock and sand, and the campground is surrounded by gorgeous views. The campground has recently upgraded power boxes to accommodate 30 amp plugs, and the daily camping fee is $29 for a premium site plus $9 for reserving over the internet. The campground is very clean and there are great fishing opportunities. There is a playground, private bathrooms, boat launch, docks, beach and fishing. There are also islands that you can jump off the rocks into the water. The campground is very popular and it is hard to get into because people book far in advance.

From The Campground
Kring Point State Park is a narrow peninsula located in the Thousand Islands region of New York. The park has 100 campsites, with half of them located on the waterfront, and every cabin and campsite has a river or bay view. Visitors can enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, and picnicking, and during the winter, visitors can cross-country ski. The park has docks on the river and the bay. Waterfowl hunting is permitted in season, but not before Columbus Day. The park also has one pavilion that can accommodate up to 100 people.
