This campground is located directly on Lake Ontario and has a private beach. The sites are fairly new but getting level is difficult due to the gravel on soft ground. The beach is a hike away, and one should be prepared to encounter dogs defecating in the water and people drinking beer. The parking lot is full of grass and ruts and is a potential mosquito heaven. The friendly and helpful management may be able to help, but the roads need to be graded and graveled for a more enjoyable experience.
