Red House Ranch Camp is a secluded, rural farm land that offers camping for visitors. The campsite is one of only two on a 200-acre parcel of land. The farm is a working pasture-based farm where visitors can see how grass-fed beef, pork, chicken, and eggs are produced. Visitors are provided with a complimentary carton of pastured raised eggs upon arrival. The farm also offers a wide variety of grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, snack sticks, and dog bones for sale. The campsite is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers, as visitors may encounter eagles, blue herons, coyotes, turtles, wild turkeys, foxes, the endangered bobolink bird, deer, great horned owls, and many unique plants. The campsite offers hiking trails with incredible views, four ponds on the property, and a strenuous hike down into the creek bed where visitors can find miniature versions of the gorges and waterfalls that the region is known for. Visitors can also view the night sky during a meteor shower. The campsite is highly recommended by visitors who have stayed there, with many praising the beautiful views, amazing food, and fantastic hosts.
