Beaufort Waterway RV Park & Core Creek Marina is a small RV park that is perfect for a quiet stay. It is located right on the intercostal waterway, so it is a great place to enjoy the passing boats. Our site was medium-sized and it was level. The park had basic amenities and our antennae signal and Wi-Fi for the TV was great. The Wi-Fi signal was spotty on our phones, but our laptops connected. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The bridge noise was a bit of a bother, but once we turned on our heater, it wasnt so bad. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry were in that building, so we couldnt access them. But the park sent a text to let us know about their closing and who to call if there were any issues. The park is located just 15 minutes from historic Beaufort and 30 minutes from Fort Macon, which is definitely worth checking out.
