Kirkland Creek Campground & Cabins is a secluded Smoky Mountain camping experience located in a beautiful wooded setting beside a rushing mountain stream. The campground offers shaded campsites, large open areas, tent camping, furnished cabin rentals, a swimming pool, and a fully-stocked trout pond. At a cool, 2,300-foot elevation, the campground is nestled in a grove of tall pine trees beside the sparkling Kirkland Creek. It is off the beaten path, yet just minutes from all the great activities surrounding Bryson City and Cherokee, including the Nantahala Gorge, Deep Creek, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Kirkland Creek's family-friendly environment makes it a favorite Bryson City campground for many campers who come back year after year to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. The campground offers a variety of campsites, including tent sites, RV and pop-up hookups, and cabins, making it a Smoky Mountain camping experience to suit everyone.
