This campground is centrally located to the Hatteras beaches and offers great value for money. It is a long term campground, so there are no tent sites available. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are old but clean. There are lots of seasonal campers, but they are quiet and respectful. There is also gated access, Wifi, and pets are welcome. The ocean is 2 miles away, and you need a vehicle to get there. Be aware that there is a raw sewage smell at all times, and you may encounter ants.
