This RV park is located in Charlotte, close to downtown and provides easy access to all of Charlotte. Temporary sites are on crusher run and level, with electric, water and sewer. It has no amenities such as picnic tables, fire rings or showers. WiFi is very poor to non-existent. Every day there are police and ambulance sirens and the train passes by, which may be an issue for some. The park consists of long-term tenants, but there are some sites reserved for short-term renters. The manager is very accommodating and the owners are very friendly. The park is level and clean, but the sites are very close to each other and the electric hookups may not be up to code. There is no shade and no picnic tables. Beware of two low overpasses when entering from the west on Tryon Street. Despite these issues, the park offers convenience and easy access to the city, making it a great place to stay for an overnight or a week.
