Mortimer Campground is a beautiful camping spot located in the Grandfather Ranger District of North Carolina. The campground offers RV and tent camping with flush toilets and showers available. There is also a picnic shelter on site. The campground has 17 reservation-only sites available. The closest towns are Edgemont and Lenoir. The campground is open from March 31 to October 31 and reservations are required through www.recreation.gov.
