Lumber River Campground and Trail Ride is an excellent get-away destination for the horse or nature enthusiast! Nestled on sixty acres of pristine countryside, next to the scenic Lumber River in Columbus County, the campground offers nightly, weekly, monthly, and yearly rates. It is located approximately sixty miles from Myrtle Beach SC, Fayetteville NC, and Wilmington NC, and only thirty miles from Interstate 95, and the Boys and Girls Home Horse Arena in Lake Waccamaw, NC. The campground offers full hookups, equipped with electric and water, unless you primitive camp. In addition, Lumber River Campground has a swimming pool, playground, fishing, boat landing, arena, horse barns, clean restrooms, and covered picnic areas with grills. Dogs are allowed on-leash on the campground and off-leash on the trails. No pitbulls allowed.
