From The Campground

Cable Cove Recreation Area is a beautiful spot for hiking and boating on Fontana Lake. The campground and restrooms are currently closed, but the Cable Cove Boat Launch provides year-round access to the lake for boating and fishing activities. The area is located about 15¼ miles from Robbinsville on HWY 28 North, about 3 miles from Fontana Dam.
