Deer Springs RV Park is a privately owned and gated RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. The park offers unique RV sites with a touch of outdoor luxury not found at other RV parks. It is a pet-friendly RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. The park has been designed for “self-contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bathhouse on site. Quiet settings, Appalachian Trail hiking, and lots of nature are the extreme amenities at our park.
