Great place to stay, we will be back! This campground is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Franklin. It is small, but well-maintained and offers a peaceful and serene setting. The campground hosts are very friendly and helpful, providing information about the area and offering a warm campfire ring for campers to gather in the evenings. The bathrooms and laundry area are kept very clean, and the campground is within walking distance of downtown, where there are frequent festivals and free weekend concerts, as well as local restaurants and shops. Dogs are welcome and the campground is smoke-free. The access road is narrow, but serviceable, and all sites are back-in. There is a waiver in place for falling limbs or trees, due to the campgrounds many trees. The campground is a great place to stay, and is ideal for those looking for a quiet and clean place to stay in the Smoky Mountains.

It’s quiet, beautiful, and convenient with 10 spacious and wooded sites, full hook-ups, sparkling clean bathhouses, picnic table, grill, clubhouse, and laundry facility. The park is open from May 1st to November 1st each year and encourages seasonal rentals. Guests say it’s just like home with a campfire, Fibber’s Bench, and good times.
