The park is well kept, hosts Rick and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They have a common area with a pavilion, a rock fireplace and seating surrounding it, a nice grassy meadow, and a playground for the kids. It is a very small park with only 27 sites, but it is very clean, well-maintained and the hosts are very friendly. The campground has a pavilion with fireplace, tables and benches, and gliders. The host, Rick, is very friendly and accommodating and the park is spotless and beautifully landscaped. There is a grassy meadow and the park is dog and kid friendly. The sites are level and gravel, with a fire pit and picnic table, and the roads are tight but the host is there to help guests back in. Overall, this is a great spot for a quiet getaway.

The campground provides a clean, peaceful, and relaxing environment where all guests feel welcomed and respected. It is ideal for campers looking to get away from it all while still being close to it all. The campground is open seasonally from April to mid-November and is just 2 hours from Atlanta GA, Asheville NC, Pigeon Forge TN, and so many other places of interest. There is so much to do right here in and around Franklin, NC. Take a tour of local waterfalls, hike the Appalachian Trail, fish for trout, go white water rafting, discover treasure while gem mining, or simply stay in and BBQ and play yard games with friends and family.
