Cabin Creek Campground is a small and relatively clean campground located near MCAS New River and Camp LeJeune. It offers full hookups with 50 or 30 amp electricity, water, and sewer connections. There is a camp store with RV supplies and LP gas, as well as a recreation area with mini golf, driving range, and batting cages. The campground is conveniently located off Rt 17 and offers a military discount. However, the amenities advertised as five-star are not up to par, and the campground is noisy due to the nearby military bases. The sites are mostly dirt with some grass, and there is a rickety non-usable picnic table at each site. The lights in the park are very bright, making it hard to sleep at night. The staff are helpful, but the owners are not accommodating. All in all, Cabin Creek Campground is a decent place to park your rig for a night or two, but it is not a destination in and of itself.

Cabin Creek Campground is a well-maintained RV park and campground located just off of Wilmington Highway in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The campground offers top-notch service and a range of amenities, including full hook-up sites and park model log cabins. Guests can enjoy the convenience of on-site amenities such as boat storage, and are just a short drive from many fun attractions such as Topsail beach, Camp Lejeune, and Lynwood Zoo.
