From The Campground

Crowders Mountain State Park is a beautiful natural area in North Carolina that offers a variety of outdoor activities and educational opportunities. The park features several hiking trails, including a 1-mile hike to the campground from the parking lot. Please note that the park gates are locked daily at posted hours, and no entry or exit will be allowed when gates are closed, including for campers, except in the case of a medical or law enforcement emergency. The park is closed on Christmas Day, but open during all other holidays. The visitor center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
