This RV campground is known for its cleanliness, quietness and generally nice environment. It is conveniently located near the beach and the Cape Fear River. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there are many reasonable items to rent such as golf carts and kayaks. The facilities are well maintained and there are both full hookups and dry camping available. The park is within walking distance of both the beach and the museum. The RV spots are deep and have electric, water, and sewer but some may have the hookups on the wrong side. The tent area and RV overflow area have waterfront views. The laundry area is not always clean.
