RiverBend RV Park is an excellent facility, with friendly and helpful people, and a variety of activities for campers. Riverbend RV Park offers discounted rates for stays over three days and boasts a social atmosphere with activities such as grilling, golf outings, game days and a social hour at the fireplace. The roads to the park are winding and steep in some areas and large motorhomes are not allowed on the highway from Franklin to Lake Toxaway. Guests have commented positively on the cleanliness and room between RVs, however the managers have been described as condescending and uncooperative. There are several gathering areas with kitchens, BBQs, TVs and a stocked fish pond. The entrance/exit is a bit tricky to navigate, but the owners and hosts provide assistance. The owners run regular activities such as cookouts, skeet shooting, fishing and golf outings, as well as providing host-prepared meals. Guests have praised the friendly owners and campers, and the quiet campground with its beautiful landscape and creek with waterfalls.

Riverbend RV Resort is a pet-friendly campground located in Lake Toxaway, NC. It's a special place where campers become friends during fireside morning coffee in the gazebo or during the evening social hour. The mountain stream flowing around the gathering area is stocked with rainbow trout waiting to be fed. There are no strangers at Riverbend - only friends you haven't met yet.
