This campground is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of nature. Located on a mountain stream, the campground is peaceful and private, with no cell service, cable or antenna TV. The campground offers a variety of activities, including trout fishing, canoe trips, tubing, and swimming in a huge swimming hole. There are also 6 lovely cottages available for rent, some with outdoor hot tubs. The campground has WiFi at the sites closer to the front and at the camp store, which is a snack bar with homemade sandwiches, including a trout sandwich. The campground is basic and clean, with new owners working hard to make it a quality place. There are a half a dozen new RV sites that back up to Wilson Creek, and all the available lots are riverfront, making it perfect for fishing and kayaking. The bath house has been recently updated, and the owners are the nicest people youd ever want to meet. Unfortunately, this business no longer accepts RVs and concentrates on cabin rentals and hosting affairs such as weddings and business conferences.
