Waters Edge RV Park is a small, clean and quiet campground located close to many activities and restaurants. It is well maintained, reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly. Guests can enjoy the newly built dock that extends into the Bogue Sound, perfect for fishing or a peaceful view. There is no WiFi other than the hotspot at the office and cell service can be unreliable. There are mostly seasonal/long term folks, but there are plenty of overnight sites available. The park does not have a pool, but there is a green common area with a pier and chairs to relax or fish. Campfires are not allowed, but it is a short drive to both Atlantic Beach and Morehead City.

Water's Edge RV Park is a beautiful waterfront campground located on Bogue Sound in Newport, North Carolina. The park offers 89 generously-sized, full hook-up sites, shaded and sunny sites, and an exceptionally clean bath house. The campground is open all year and is pet-friendly. Guests can enjoy the pier overlooking Bogue Sound, fishing, kayaking, and observing the abundant wildlife. The park is minutes away from local beaches, golf courses, and towns like Beaufort, Cape Carteret, Swansboro, Emerald Isle, and Atlantic Beach.
