Carolina Rose Campground is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The layout provides easy navigation and the spacing is good for the number of sites. The campground has both front and back sections split by a pond. Long term residents keep their sites clean and the noise level is kept down. The staff were amazing and made our family feel welcomed right from the start. The petting zoo, fishing, and live music provided plenty of things to do. Theres even a clubhouse for card and board games. While we didnt have a chance to visit the petting zoo, its a great option to have. The water pressure was good, but it would have been nice to know about scheduled maintenance that affected our water supply. The one downside was a neighbors dog who would bark randomly throughout the night, which interrupted our sleep. Overall, Carolina Rose Campground is a nice enough park and served our needs for a few days, but we probably wouldnt consider making it a regular vacation spot. It was perfect for a stopover on our way to another destination.
