This RV campground near Lake Norman had an easy and shady set up for backing in. The bathrooms and showers were dated but relatively clean, and the owner was able to receive many TV channels over the air. Unfortunately, there were loose boards on the piers, roads needed more paving, and lights were not working. The sites were terraced and not level, and the hookups were far in the back. There was no WiFi, no dog park, and the restrooms smelled moldy. Additionally, power lines ran over the middle of the park, which was loud and disturbing. The owners did not take much interest in improving the beauty of the campground, and it was not well maintained. Lastly, the owners were kind and gave a voucher for the nights not stayed due to the weather.
